Our method, using the raw x-ray energy data from the x-ray machine, is 100% x-ray correct resulting in the highest possible quality images. The Bag Builder module treats each image in the same way an x-ray machine would, by using the raw energy data and calculating densities and material make-up of each item within the ‘bag’ in a truly incremental fashion (an object placed on top of another in a ‘bag’ will be processed exactly the same way that the x-ray machine would process the bag in the operational environment). This results in a 100% correct X-Ray image being presented to the user in the X-Screen simulator.
